These designs were modeled and created in Revit for a condo at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. The actual bar design was a collaborative effort with team members from Mendil + Meyer..
Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites - Savannah, GA
This property is currently (2022) converting from a Clarion Inn & Suites to a Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites. The original blueprints were unable to be located by the owner but fortunately with my CAD drawings skills I was able to create everything from scratch based off measurements I gathered at the job site.
Springhill Suites - Baton Rouge, LA
This Louisiana hotel was required to rip out and replace all the first floor lighting. By following the Marriott Springhill Suites lighting standards, I was able to construct a reflected ceiling plan to assist the contractor in the placement of each light.
Hampton Inn Breakfast Refresh
I assisted multiple Hampton Inn properties upgrade to the brand's updated breakfast refresh program. I was required to draw custom elevations and submit to brand standards for approval.

Creating interior design submittals and getting all FF&E approved by the hotel brand is an important process in the completion of a renovation or new construction.
